The contact information is only used to connect with potential clients and identify whether the service is suitable for them.  

If the contact results in the individual becoming a client, information is retained in the same way as for other clients. If it is decided the organisation is not a suitable match for pbl now or in the future, as the details provided relate to business contact information, we remove their records from any internal database periodically.
